Start Your Morning Right..with Pancakes!

My favorite breakfast meal has always been Dad's homemade pancakes.  Though our family recipes have been slightly changed due to the removal of gluten from our diets, the family experience is the same, if not better. 

Dad's Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
  1. Combine ingredients
  2. Cook on a cast iron frying pan.
Makes 4 or 5 medium pancakes
